Who to Call First

For immediate danger or injury, call 911. Report a claim directly to your insurer using the claims number on your policy or insurance card, or your carrier’s official reporting website. If you do not know which insurer to contact, ask OG Insurance HQ for help finding the reporting instructions. Do not wait for an agency-form reply to report the incident.

Submitting our assistance form does not report a claim to your insurance company. The carrier decides coverage and claim outcomes.

Steps to File a Claim

  • Make sure everyone is safe first, call emergency services if needed 
  • Document the damage or incident with photos and notes 
  • Contact your carrier’s claims line directly (fastest way to start the process) 
  • Loop us in, we can help you understand the process and advocate on your behalf
